Returns and Exchanges At Leavenworth eBikes, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality electric bikes and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your electric bike purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date.
- The Item must be free from damage, dents or scratches.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
Non-refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- Electric bikes damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or credit card company first. It may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support at hello@leavenworthebikes.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@leavenworthebikes.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returned electric bikes. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned items.

- Modifications and Accessories: Any modifications, alterations, or additions of third-party components or accessories to your eBike may void the warranty, affect the performance and safety of the eBike, and increase the risk of accidents. Leavenworth eBikes shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from such modifications, alterations, or additions.
